Otherwise known as We Provide The Cash is the best system I have seen out there. I began in August of 1984 and bought my first 2-unit after reading half of Robert Allen's book, Nothing Down. In January of 1985 I attended a seminar put on by Wade Cook down in Chicago and started flipping properties and when I lost my job of 22 years in May of 1988, I decided to go full time into real estate investing.

In August of 2007 I purchased the Inverse Purchase system of flipping properties which avoids title seasoning issues while enabling me to make big profits (not wholesaling and not assigning). I have continued to employ this method plus many of the other courses we get as members, plus the weekly live trainings we have.
